A little clarity before you order
Good questions. Clear answers.
Find help with fitment, custom designs, your order and looking after your graphics.
Your machine & fitment
How do I find graphics for my machine?
Start with the machine finder or browse by category and make. Choose the exact year and model, then confirm chassis, trim and track length where requested. A chassis can fit several models, but the details of your own machine still matter.
What if my model isn’t listed?
Use ‘Model not listed’ where it appears in the machine finder, or send us a fitment enquiry. Include the year, make, full model name and clear side-view photos. We’ll check the available fit before you commit to a kit.
Will the graphics fit aftermarket panels?
Replacement plastics, modified hoods, different tunnels and other body changes can affect fit. Tell us what has changed and send photos before ordering. A matching model name alone does not confirm a fit on modified panels.
Can you help with a vintage restoration?
Yes. Vintage snowmobile restoration is a core part of Bulletproof. Our range includes classic Polaris Storm, XLT, Ultra and XCR projects alongside other vintage sleds. Browse the vintage collections for packages and smaller finishing details. For an unlisted kit, send the exact year, make and model plus photos of the original graphics and panels.
Design & customization
What does ‘Design will be worked on post sale’ mean?
The product preview shows a visual design concept. After purchase, Bulletproof works with you to finalize the colours, text, logos and fitment for your exact machine before production. The online image is not a final print layout.
Can I change colours, add text or upload a logo?
On products with the concept customizer, use the available colour controls, text tools and logo upload. Available options vary by product. Include any extra requests in your notes so the team can review them when finalizing the artwork.
Will the printed colours look exactly like my screen?
Screens, lighting, vinyl and laminate can all affect how a colour looks. Tell us if you need to match existing plastics, paint or branding. A screen preview is a visual guide; flag an important colour match with us before production.
What logo files should I send?
For the online concept preview, use a clear PNG, JPEG or WebP; a transparent PNG usually places cleanly. Keep the original artwork too. For final production, vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF are helpful. Contact us to send the original file with your name and order number.
What is included in a graphics kit?
Check the product description and the coverage you select. Cab, side tunnel/tank and tunnel top are separate coverage choices on supported snow products. A gallery photo may show a different package or additional custom work; it does not define what is included in your order.
Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, artwork approval, production and shipping destination. Contact us before ordering if you have an event or deadline, and include that date in your project notes. We’ll confirm the schedule for your order.
Why does the price change when I select options?
Coverage, print material, laminate and other available options can affect the total. Review the configured product price and your cart before checkout. For work outside the listed options, request a quote so the scope and price can be confirmed.
Can I change details after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. What can be changed depends on the stage of the artwork and production. Do not assume a submitted change has been applied until the team confirms it.
How do I check on my order?
Check your order confirmation and any shipping updates first. For help, use the order support form with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us whether you are asking about artwork, production or delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?
Take photos of the packaging and graphics, keep the backing on, and contact us with your order number before installing. For return eligibility and other terms, check the policy provided at checkout or ask the team about your specific order.
Installation & aftercare
Can I install the graphics myself?
Review the instructions supplied with your kit and our installation preparation guide. Your material, panel condition and experience matter. If you are unsure about the surface or a complex area, ask us or use an experienced graphics installer.
A piece doesn’t look right. Should I trim it?
Pause and contact us before peeling, stretching or trimming it. Send the order number, machine details, a photo of the piece and a photo of the panel it should fit. Keeping the backing intact makes the issue easier to assess.
Can I replace a damaged section?
Send us your original order number, clear photos and the section you need. We can check the artwork and discuss availability and pricing. Replacement coverage and colour matching depend on the original design and the condition of the existing graphics.
How should I clean my graphics?
Follow the care instructions for your supplied vinyl and laminate. Use gentle cleaning methods and avoid aiming high-pressure water at decal edges. Let the adhesive settle for the specified period before washing, and ask us before using an unfamiliar cleaner.
The Bulletproof studio
Do you do fleet and heavy equipment graphics?
Yes. Bulletproof works on business vehicles and heavy equipment, including trucks, skid steers, excavators and other machinery. Request a project quote with the vehicle or equipment details, quantity, photos, logo files and the coverage you want. Include any existing brand colours and deadline.
Where is Bulletproof Graphics based?
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta. Reach us at info@bulletproofgraphics.com or 1-800-239-3807. Contact the team to arrange any project visit or installation discussion before travelling.
Can I ask Bulletproof about installation?
Yes. Send an installation enquiry with your machine or vehicle, the graphics package and photos of the current surface. We can discuss the project, available service and preparation before you make arrangements. For a kit you are installing yourself, start with our preparation guide and its supplied instructions.
Which material or finish should I choose?
Choose from the options offered for your specific product, or ask us what suits the job. A snowmobile panel, watercraft and commercial vehicle have different surfaces and working conditions. Include the machine, how it is used and the finish you want so the team can confirm the available material and laminate.
Let’s find that answer.
