Order help

Find the right next step for your order.

Questions about delivery, your graphics or an order you have placed? Start with the details below so your enquiry includes what matters.

Already placed an order?

Have your order number and the item involved ready. Describe the question or requested change clearly.

Email an order question

Do not include card details or payment credentials.

Check the details before ordering.

Machine graphics

Compare the product description with your machine and panels. For snowmobile graphics, include year, make and model when asking about fitment. Mention modified or replacement panels, even if the machine itself is the original model.

Apparel

Check the size information supplied with the item. If a measurement or fit detail is missing, ask before choosing a size.

Production and delivery are different stages.

An item first has to be ready to dispatch; it then travels to its destination. If timing matters for a restoration, event or gift, ask about the particular product and destination before ordering.

For an item described as a pre-order, ask about expected availability and what happens if that timing changes. A pre-order should not be assumed to be ready for dispatch.

For a useful delivery enquiry, include the product, destination and date you are working toward. Ask about the applicable shipping charge and estimated timing for that order.

Need to change an order?

Contact Bulletproof Graphics with your order number and the exact change you are requesting. Include the correct product, machine details or delivery address as relevant.

Do not assume that submitting a request changes an order that may already be in progress. Ask for confirmation of what is possible.

Damage, an incorrect item or unexpected fit?

Damage or wrong item

Include your order number, the item involved and a short description of the problem. Clear photographs of the item and packaging can help explain damage. For an incorrect item, show what arrived and identify what you ordered.

Fitment question

Include the machine’s year, make and model, plus photographs showing the relevant panels. Mention replacement plastics, modifications or previous repairs. If you notice a possible mismatch before installation, pause and ask before applying the graphics.

Ask about a return before sending anything back.

Describe the item and why you would like to return it. Contact the studio for the appropriate next steps and return destination before shipping anything.

A return request is not confirmation of eligibility or a refund. Keep damage, incorrect-item or fitment concerns clear in your message so the actual issue can be reviewed.
