Product and fitment information
Review the description and specifications for the item you have selected before placing an order. Ask about any unclear fitment, material or size detail. For machine graphics, identify the year, make and model and mention modified or replacement panels.
Custom graphics and artwork
For a custom project, clarify the artwork, machine details and requested changes before work proceeds. Ask how proofs are provided, what approval covers and which changes may still be possible at each stage.
If you plan to supply logos or other artwork, raise any permission or ownership questions before submitting the files. Identify the exact wording, colours and numbers that matter to the design.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact the studio with your order number and the details of your request. Do not assume that a message changes or cancels an order without confirmation.
Delivery and order problems
For delivery, return or order-problem questions, contact the studio with the relevant order details. Ask which process and conditions apply to the particular item and situation.
